This film tells the story of a friendship between two children: Minka, a ten year old orphan and his friend Kany. It is also about Kany’s perceptions of the chief of this African village, a man who is obsessed with power in a society which is hesitant, at times hypocritical and often reluctant to face up to its responsibilities.
