Born in South Korea, and adpoted at the age of four, Sophie Bredier has lost her name and her mother tongue. She feels French and of French culture. It is only in the eyes of others that she feels that she is physically different.When she becomes pregnant, Sophie asks herself what culture to pass on to her child. Her film takes the shape of a quest for identity – that of her own and of her child.
