Over images of a park in summertime, a voice reads extracts from “Quatre Heures à Chatila” by Jean Genet. By contrasting images and words, this film attempts to stop the flow of information which, in its overabundance, neutralizes the horrific. It states that memory is being eroded by time, and this time erases a massacre to allow a new one to take place.
